Doing exercise. A good way to be happy?
HACER EJERCICIO. ¿Una Buena manera para ser feliz?
First of all, I would like to tell you that I think exercise had to be
necessary and essential at everybody’s life.
On the one hand, it’s the best way to look after our body, physical
condition and our health. Around the world I would like to think there are more
people who are doing exercise that people lies down on the sofa. Unfortunately
that hasn’t always been like this because of lack of consciousness inside world’s
population.
On the other hand, when you have finished a training you are relaxed. In
my point of view, this one is the most important about the effects of the
exercise since you will look calmer than others people and you will use up a
lot of happiness.
Nowadays, the majority of world population is starting in the practice of
running or jogging. These ones are easy ways to get the routine and, step by
step, get improving our health, and our lifestyle. In the same way, gyms are
increasing their customers due to change in the thinking of the people and
thanks to new offers at their centers.
Nevertheless, there is a problem. Many people hasn´t good knowledges
about training routines. It’s very important to have a monitor, personal
training or anyone prepared to practice as such. These professionals must be
aware of the importance of their work within the other people. Therefore, it’s
vital to know good professionals and rely on them to get our purpose without
damage our health.

To sum up, my opinion is people must to do exercise daily or at least
three days to week for being happier and trying to change our mood in these
times. For this, it’s important follow the guidelines of professionals of this
field and of course, be happy somewhat thanks to the sport.
